...And Then There Was X is the third album by American rapper DMX, released December 21, 1999 on Ruff Ryders Entertainment and Def Jam Recordings. In 2000, it was certified 4x Platinum and then later 5x Platinum. The album was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 2001 Grammys.

Raekwon: Immobilarity (1999)

Immobilarity is the second studio album by American rapper and Wu-Tang Clan-member Raekwon, as a follow-up to Only Built 4 Cuban Linx.... It was released in November 1999 on Loud Records, and peaked in the Top 10 of the US album charts. The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on December 20, 1999. Unlike the first album, it has no production input from the RZA and no guest features from Ghostface Killah. Raekwon has stated that the title is an acronym for I Move More Officially by Implementing Loyalty and Respect in the Youth.

2001 (sometimes referred to as The Chronic 2001, Chronic 2001 or The Chronic 2) is the second studio album by American hip hop artist Dr. Dre, released November 16, 1999 on Interscope Records. It is the follow-up to Dr. Dre's debut album The Chronic (1992). It was produced primarily by Dr. Dre and Mel-Man, and Lord Finesse, and features several guest contributions from rappers such as Hittman, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Xzibit and Eminem.
